1. Eligibility for Refund

Unsatisfactory Deliverables: If the deliverables fail to meet the agreed-upon scope of work as outlined in the service agreement.

Service Cancellation: If you choose to cancel a service before significant work has been completed, a partial refund may be issued based on the progress of the project.
Non-Refundable Services
Refunds are not applicable in the following scenarios:

Change of Mind: If you decide to discontinue services after work has commenced.

Completed Services: Once the agreed-upon service is delivered and accepted, no refunds will be processed.

Third-Party Tools or Subscriptions: Any costs incurred for third-party software, tools, or platforms required to deliver the service are non-refundable.

Late Cancellation: Services canceled after significant progress has been made or resources have been allocated may not qualify for a refund.
Refund Process
